Serra Cafema Namibia
One of the most remote camp

Namibia has one of the driest deserts in the world. But it is also incredibly beautiful and quite breathtaking. It's also home to Serra Cafema, one of the most remote camps in southern Africa, so if you want to get away from it all you're definitely on the right track. My new home was a gorgeous canvas and thatched chalet with en-suite bathroom. And although I was far away from civilisation, the camp itself could not have been more civilised.

A fabulous dining area, swimming pool, a library, and a sunken lounge amongst other things all contribute to make your stay very comfortable. And the activities are plentiful. There is so much to explore from the fauna and flora, to nature drives, walks in the mountain and river valley, and for the more adventurous, quad biking. This is an absolutely magical place, so remote and mysterious I never wanted to leave. You won't either!
