Remote and remarkably unspoilt, the vast Busanga Plains, a verdant wetland wilderness teeming with wildlife, is the setting for Kapinga Camp. Falling within the 22 500 sqm Kafue National park (home to 500 bird and 150 mammal species), the camp's four stylish safari tents promise authentic Africa but with all the luxury trimmings! Shaded by mature trees, my suite's sweeping views across the plains leave me awestruck and alive.
Similarly, the bright colours of the main communal lounge and dining area reflect the vibrant energy of the surrounding natural environment: I spend much of my time here, relaxing, dining and cooling off in the pool. For the rest, I'm treated to sightings of antelope, wildebeest, zebra and buffalo, cheetahs and lions...Be it on a guided walking safari, game drive (the night drive into the nocturnal wilderness being unmissable) or swinging in a hammock over lunch on the plains!
